Profile Description

I've been in the call center industry since 2006 until 2017 as a customer service representative. I have also been a technical email support representative before. We do password resets through email as well as basic troubleshooting for customer's account.
I am well-versed with MS Windows, Microsoft Excel & word processing. I am flexible and has the willingness to learn on whatever task that should be given to me. Having years of experience as Customer Service Representative, I'm confident that I am an expert in this field but I'm also open on working on home-based non voice jobs to learn and gain experience & to add to my skill set. I also believe that some skills are self taught so I can just look it up online if its a skill requirement & do what needs to be done.

To add to my experience, I had been working from home for 4 years now. Mostly as a cold caller for health insurance and real estate but at the same time doing other non-voice tasks that my clients would delegate.
