I am well-versed with MS Windows, Microsoft Excel & word processing. I am flexible and has the willingness to learn on whatever task that should be given to me. Having years of experience as Customer Service Representative, I'm confident that I am an expert in this field but I'm also open on working on home-based non voice jobs to learn and gain experience & to add to my skill set. I also believe that some skills are self taught so I can just look it up online if its a skill requirement & do what needs to be done.
