I have total of 16 months BPO experience, I worked as as Junior Collection Specialist for seven months, but due to high cost of living in the city and dUpgrade to see actual info to back to the province and I applied for another job as an outbound sales agent. I was a Virtual assistant in my recent job, a property manager to be exact. My job is to organize all the details of our guests and provide them all the details and needs during their holiday, I am also responsible of taking calls and answering emails, I have worked for this company for 1 year and 6 months. Due to the Covid-19, the company need to cost cut,that is why they need to terminate most of their employees, unfortunately I am one of them. I am experienced in using tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel. I want a long term job, for me to be able to go back to school and help my family as well. I'm am flexible and willing to learn, I'm meticulous and keen when it comes to details.
