I have expertise in Customer Service, Phone Support for both Inbound and Outbound campaigns, Telemarketing and Data Entry. I acquired all of these from my almost 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. I recently worked as a Virtual Assistant wherein I developed my administrative and organizational skills while at the same time providing unparalleled service. I have also experienced working as a Team Lead Trainee which gave me the opportunity to handle a number of reps that I developed to be mentors and future leaders of the company. And just recently, I worked with a US based company that conducts government audits and assist clients to collect money that should be owed to them. I also worked as a part-time ESL tutor for Japanese students.
