I was able to gain a few skills that I can apply to my future clients while working for various companies over the course of my career. The first is sales skill, which I gained while working as a Telesales representative for a telecommunications account where Upselling, strong English communication, and excellent customer service are required. The mentioned skills came in handy for me, and I was able to apply them to the companies with which I worked after my Telesales career.My leadership abilities were also honed when I was appointed team manager for a work-from-home account. Monitoring agents' attitudes toward work, doing real-time coaching, task delegation, and reviewing their performance and other administrative tasks.Finally, multitasking skills are one of the required skills that I developed while working for various companies throughout my career.
