I am
My work experience has given me incomparable exposure to highly essential skills such as technical and content/creative writing, public speaking, people management and selection, research, and proposal/presentation making.
After transitioning to remote work in 2020, I was hired by a US-based Digital Marketing Company as a content writer and eventually a project manager, where I was able to successfully lead multiple teams and write, edit, and approve content for our websites and social media posts. As for my academic background and previous experience, I graduated Magna Cum Laude in my BS Psychology degree, and was able to take Masters in Psychology units in Ateneo de Manila University. I then taught Psychology subjects in Mindanao State University for eight years and also served as a Human Resource Assistant there, where I was in charge of writing their formal communications and helping create their presentations.
My extensive background has also afforded me a well-rounded skill set, which include:
-quickly absorbing new information and applying them to the organizational setting;
-excellent forward-thinking, forecasting, and time management skills;
-exceptional attention to detail which allows me to submit quality work in a short span of time;
-tracking personal and team progress, and assessing strategies for improvement;
-important people skills such as empathy, professionalism, and camaraderie;
-constant self-reflection to work on areas I can improve on.
