Hi there!

I started my career way back in 2018 as an IT Support. My work as an IT Support consists of fun tasks such as installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks (like IP configuration, server configuration, active directory management, firewall management, and other stuff), printers, and scanners. Also, part of my task was troubleshooting and resolving all problems regarding desktop and laptop issues. All my tasks to address issues and requests were serviced promptly. Working in that position has developed my communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and clerical abilities allowing me to quickly solve problems that arise.

While working as an IT Support, I have also been a Graphic Designer. I have created abstract t-shirt designs for teens and young adults for a client from India. I crafted logos, poster designs, and various graphic materials for educational purposes and awareness and also, created an audio-visual presentation for a client for their company introduction.

Along the way, I've also worked as a Virtual Assistant in a company that runs various Online Shopping Businesses. Within this role, I was responsible for registering items to be sold on each of their online shopping platforms. I was also responsible for tracking the inbound & outbound packages. I was also responsible for their Shopify and communications platform like chatting about customer issues, questions, needs, customer refunds, and plenty more.

I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant with a client named Jamie and my tasks are to monitor and sort email messages (Responding, Deleting, Moving, Archiving) I was tasked with requesting and promoting the client for jobs on Upwork and posting a job hiring. Also, adding meetings to the calendar, monitoring the schedule in the calendar (remind must attend meetings, informing conflict of meetings), and creating and managing spreadsheets/docs/files.

I also became a Lead Generation Specialist where I was responsible for helping a client gather information about speakers and events from various websites.

In a construction company, I was hired as a Client Relations Manager. I manage CRM and leads. I make it a point to turn leads into scheduled appointments. I answer phone calls and respond to questions on Yelp, BuildZoom, and HomeGuide, as well as emails.

As an Executive Assistant to a coach and speaker, I gained valuable experience managing diverse responsibilities. My role included handling her social media presence, maintaining her website and landing pages, responding to emails, and applying for speaking engagements and podcast appearances on her Upgrade to see actual info addition, I smoothly handled any other tasks required to support her business and schedule. These skills showcase my ability to juggle multiple priorities and provide thorough, executive-level assistance. I became adept at working independently to fulfill her business needs ranging from administrative to strategic. This role allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and flexibility when facing new challenges.

As a real estate lead generation and cold calling specialist, I honed my ability to connect with potential clients and drive results. My responsibilities included identifying promising leads through research and databases, initiating cold calls to introduce our services, and following up persistently to build relationships. I excelled at scheduling appointments for our agents by determining each lead's needs. My organized and assertive outreach enabled our company to expand its client base. I diligently logged all interactions in the CRM and collaborated with agents to provide prompt, outstanding service. This role allowed me to develop expertise in building rapport, uncovering buyer and seller needs, and closing deals. My lead generation and cold calling experience make me well-prepared to thrive in a client-facing position.

With all these job experiences, I have regarded myself as a fast learner. I can always pick up things quickly, and I believe it is an important quality in every industry.
