Profile Description

I graduated Cum Laude with a degree for Bachelor of Arts in English at a prestigious university here in the Philippines in 2009. I am currently working to finish my Master's degree in English Major in Applied Linguistics. After I graduated, I worked in a Call Center/BPO/Telemarketing company for 5 years. I started as a regular customer representative for our US-based sales and customer service accounts. In 2011, I was promoted as a trainer for the Standard American English Program, and in 2012, promoted again to being a Supervisor. In 2013, I pursued my teaching career and worked as a college instructor at a university. In early 2016, I discovered the amazing opportunity of home-based/online jobs and worked as a Virtual Assistant/Project and Social Media Manager for a digital marketing company.

I am very proficient in the English language both oral and written. I have a decent background in Wordpress and website maintenance. I am skilled in making reports from Google Analytics, ManageWP, Mailchimp, etc. I know how to create marketing emails. I write blogs, website content, formal and informal letters, etc. I do administrative tasks - organize files, send emails, call clients, and more.

More than anything else, I have good work ethics - always perfect in attendance and never was reported for tardiness nor under timed shifts. I am a people person. I am very dedicated to my craft. I always give my best in everything that I do, big or small.
