Profile Description

I have more than 6 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant and mainly in the e-commerce industry, where I managed Shopify stores and handled various operational tasks. My responsibilities included order fulfillment, product research and sourcing, product listing on Shopify, and customer service through email and paypal disputes (order tracking, refunds, and addressing customer inquiries). Additionally, I have experience running Facebook and Instagram ads, executing social media marketing strategies, and handling quotations and invoicing.

Beyond e-commerce, I have a strong background in marketing and promotions. As a Marketing Trainee in both service and manufacturing companies, I was involved in market research, identifying customer needs, assisting with customer satisfaction surveys, and developing promotional materials to enhance brand awareness. I also worked as a Marketing Support Staff in an IT services company, where I played a key role in sales proposal and contract management, designing marketing collaterals, maintaining customer relationships, handling CRM databases, managing the company website, facilitating corporate events and meetings, and completing vendor accreditation requirements. 

Additionally, I have experience in preparing quotations and sending invoices to clients. In addition to my professional experience, I manage my personal WordPress website, where I write motivational stories, travel blogs, and inspirational poetry.
