Profile Description

I've worked in different roles including customer support, sales (inbound and outbound calls) both in a home-based and office based set up. I've been working as a virtual assistant for a while now and have been working with US based clients (whose businesses are in the credit repair and real estate niche). I have an experience giving executive and administrative assistance to my clients which are but not limited to managing invoices, organizing database, calendar management, creating websites, handling communications, project management, traditional lead generation, and configuring CRM automations. I've been exposed to using different tools such as GoHighLevel, Trello, Nextiva, Microsoft suites, Credit Repair Cloud, and Prodigy software.

I took workshops in writing. During my time with DEMOCRAT, my literary piece was published. I also envision and see myself fit for blog writing. Currently taking Juris Doctor degree.
