I've been teaching Business English to Japanese professionals for about 3 years. Besides from being an Online English Instructor, I also have experiences in Customer Service and Administrative Operations. These experiences helped me to develop a complete understanding of my clients' needs. Mediocrity is a word that is not included in my vocabulary. I only strive for the best. I also know Adobe Photoshop pretty well, as well as FTP, MS Word, and Ms Excel.
