Your trusted bookkeeper! As a certified Xero advisor and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, I ensure your finances are accurately managed, giving you peace of mind while you focus on growing your business.
Here’s what I can do:
Setup and Maintenance of Xero and QuickBooks Files:
- Update or customize the Chart of Accounts
- Upload historical transactions from bank data
- Assist in the setup of bank feeds (if needed)
- Customize financial reports
Daily Bookkeeping Tasks (including but not limited to):
- Record cash receipts (income) from your bank deposits
- Record cash disbursements (expenses) from your bank transactions
- Record interbank transfers
- Record adjusting entries, if needed
- Reconcile bank transactions, credit cards, and other payment gateways to statements (SOA)
- Create sales invoices and credit notes
- Create bills for payment and purchase orders
Monthly Financial Reporting:
- Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet)
- Profit and Loss Statement (Income Statement)
- Month-to-month comparisons, if needed
- Provide monthly updates on financial status
Accounting Software Proficiency:
- Xero
- QuickBooks Online
