I spent a month in telemarketing at my previous company, where I successfully closed a significant deal for one of our products. This experience not only sharpened my communication skills but also taught me the importance of persistence and understanding customer needs.

I have a strong background in managing social media, particularly with Facebook. In my previous company, I was responsible for handling four different Facebook accounts simultaneously, which taught me a lot about effective social media strategy and audience engagement. This experience allowed me to develop skills in content creation, analytics, and community management. With a following of 6,000 on my personal Facebook account, I understand the importance of connecting with an audience and delivering content that resonates. I learned how to tailor messaging to different demographics and effectively utilize Facebook’s tools to boost visibility and interaction.

I currently use Canva (non-pro), which has been a fantastic tool for creating eye-catching graphics and content. I’ve learned to maximize its features to deliver high-quality visuals that engage my audience effectively. I plan to upgrade to the pro version soon, which will open up even more creative possibilities. In addition to Canva, I also utilize Ibis Paint for my artistic projects. This app has allowed me to explore my creativity and produce unique illustrations that complement my social media content. I take pride in my ability to blend these tools to create satisfying and visually appealing work.

I designed a website for my previous company, which enhanced my skills in web development and user experience. This experience taught me how to create a visually appealing and functional site that effectively communicates our brand message.

Caring for my granda for three months was a profound experience that brought both challenges and moments of connection. She was dealing with Parkinson's and dementia, which meant that each day was different some days she was more alert and engaged, while others were difficult, marked by confusion or frustration.
