the BPO industry, including customer service representative, sales
representative, and bank associate. I have gained valuable experience in
handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, processing orders, and
providing account management support.

In my most recent role as a Senior Vetting Analyst, I was
responsible for conducting thorough background checks on potential employees to
ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This involved reviewing resumes,
application forms, and conducting reference checks. I also conducted internal
database checks to verify the accuracy of information declared by candidates
and to ensure they have a clean background.

I have gone through trainings to enhance my skills in Amazon Product Research and Executive Assistant Role that entails: Email Management, Calendar Management, travel management and etc.  I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. I am always eager to learn and grow, and I am committed to providing the highest level of service to my clients.
