I've been handling Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable which the 1st step is to gather relevant data such as receipts and invoices then enter it manually to the accounting system . Also handle payroll that contains employee information that needs to enter as well in the accounting or payroll system

This skills makes me expert in my role

As a bookkeeper , it is very important to be able to have time management so it will make your work smoother and easier

My experience of processing payroll from 5 - 60 employees is such a great experience . I was able to differentiate the similarity and complexity of processing a few to many personnel and identify areas for improvement.

I was able to develop good relationship with the suppliers because my monitoring skills here are good and I go beyond their expectation . We even able to get discounts or freebies as their token of appreciation.When it comes to paying company expenses and credit card I never fail to make payment on due date , as a result the company never penalized or had interest / surcharge

I was able to help senior accountant with preparation of supporting documents , financial statements , I had a variety of experience preparing Income Tax for Local partners , VAT , Employee withholding taxes . Quarterly and Monthly BAS for Australian client

One of my greatest skill is to ensure that I was able to meet the required invoicing per client , no invoice has been missed , amount , due date , description , taxes are accurately entered

This is one of the toughest part of bookkeeping specially handling collection
