As an HR Associate, I have been given various job responsibilities regarding the recruitment and onboarding process. I have arranged interviews, screened resumes, and created job postings to help obtain the best candidates. I address employee concerns, help in establishing proper communication between virtual assistants and clients, and make sure that new hires are onboarded smoothly. The job requires me to have effective organizational and communication skills so that I can manage schedules appropriately, monitor productivity, and maintain overall HR functions efficiently. Aside from my HR functions, I also did executive assistance and administrative support.

All this required my attention to detail and good organizational skills, which were so instrumental in maintaining effective workflows and supporting team productivity.

As a Social Media Manager and HR Associate, I used Canva to design eye-catching social media posts, job postings, presentations, and marketing materials. My proficiency with Canva allowed me to produce high-quality visuals that effectively captured and conveyed key messages.

I also managed marketing campaigns and leasing projects of properties assigned to me as a Leasing-Marketing Officer, ensuring efficient promotion and engagement with clients. In my work as a Tourism Officer, it included time spent organizing the travel itinerary and events, both of which need strategic planning and organization. Likewise, in my other work capacity as an ESL Teacher, project management has taken a different form of lesson plan and coordination of educational activities. These two roles therefore provided me with sufficient skill in organization and communication to manage and handle a wide array of projects.
