As an Account Analyst, my role involves data analysis for identifying the reasons behind not meeting our target. By thoroughly analyzing the data in our reports, I have honed my skills and gained expertise in this field. Using a professional tone, I evaluate both the advantages and disadvantages of the situation and recommend appropriate solutions. This entails examining various factors that may contribute to our failure to reach our goals. Through my experience, I have become proficient in comprehensively scrutinizing data to ascertain the root causes of our underperformance. During my time monitoring our loan collections and preparing monthly reports, I had the opportunity to improve my bookkeeping skills. I diligently reviewed daily transaction proofsheets to accurately compile and analyze the data for each month's collection. My primary focus was on ensuring the precise documentation of financial transactions and reporting them in a clear and concise manner.  I successfully enhanced my bookkeeping abilities. In a meticulous manner, I compiled the necessary information and presented it in monthly reports, contributing to the overall financial management of the organization. Throughout this experience, I leveraged my attention to detail and dedication to continuously improving my skill set in bookkeeping.

Since I am handling service desk as the one leading it, I was able to enhance my decision making skills especially on our problem clients.

For personal use, i love to create reels or short videos for events happening in my life and for birthday greetings and other special events using the apps like cup cat, canva, fotoplay and Mvvideo.
