Specifically, I have experience in- Recording financial transactions in QuickBooks and Google Drive- Monitoring AR and AP- Tracking incoming payments and following up on overdue accounts.- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.- Gathering documentation and assisting auditors during financial audits.- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.- Handling incoming and outgoing emails and responding to inquiries. - Drafting and formatting documents such as memos, reports, and presentations. - Inputting and maintaining accurate records in databases or spreadsheets. - Lead generation or researching potential clients through various methods such as networking and online research. - Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with possible and existing clients. - Closing and finalizing sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. - Tracking sales metrics and preparing reports on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status for management. - Keeping in touch with leads and customers post-sale to encourage repeat customers and referrals.  - I also do marketing research to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.  - Ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies. - Making travel reservations and accommodations for staff. - Organizing logistics for meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Assisting customers or clients via phone, email, or in person. - Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems. - Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.These are the tools that I'm proficient in ??
