First point of contact for any customer queries or questions. Being a customer representative is a huge responsibility. For general Virtual Assistant role that is something that will be a big responsibility as well as we really need to have a keen understanding of the customer/clients concern that need to be assisted.

During my experience as Customer Service Representative, I can say that I deal with different kind of customers with different concerns. During my time as customer service representative aside from giving assistance to the customers I also deal with complaints specifically in terms of car insurance concerns. I can say that I have lot of experience which I can use on the role.

Being a data encoder is something that we need to be careful on, the reason why I say that is because most of the time we are transferring personal customer information and we need to be careful as if we encode wrong information it may cause problems and extra job to do.

I can say that I have idea for such role as I was an admin staff / secretary/ cashier in one of the school in cavite and I also do lots of scheduling and all.
