Profile Description

I have more than five (5) years of home based work experience. I do research, data entry, CRM monitoring and updating, cold calling, and posting business ads in different sourcing sites. I am open to being trained for any admin task that I'm not familiar with.
I also have 10 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Canadian Customers. I was trained in large call centers in the Philippines and then promoted as a Process Trainer.I handled inbound, outbound calls, and chat support. As a Process Trainer, I have a strong financial background of U.S. Retail Banking, Sales, and Mortgage Collections. I trained and mentored new agents for Canadian taxation and regulations.
I am a performance driven person. I understand the importance of setting goals and creating clear directions to accomplish those goals. I am a low maintenance employee and will get the job done on the due date that I have set with my clients.
