Setting up Accounts in QB/Xero 
Updating or Customizing Chart of Accounts 
Creating bank and credit card accounts in Xero/QB 
Upload Historical Transactions from Bank Data
Assist with setup of any bank feeds as possible 
Customized Reporting

Ongoing Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Sheets, etc.) 
Updating or Customizing Chart of Accounts
Dealing with multiple currency transactions 
Processing and recording invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
Bank Categorization 
Bank Reconciliation 
Creating Manual Journals 
Creating Credit Notes 
Recording refunds 

Monthly financial reporting including:

Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report
Month-to-moth comparisons 
Collaborating with the finance team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely exchange of financial information.
