I have worked in both a management and administrative capacity for 18 years.

I have a tenure Real Estate transaction coordinator for 8 years both US and Canada agents and recently 3 years of huge admin skills and experience as a Property Management Executive Assistant in Australia.

I am extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and with all familiar Real Estate software and tools and online applications.

I have other skills in administration, appointment setting, data entry, calendar management, taking and making calls, and managing emails for 8 years.

I am proficient in using different CRMs, know how to use MLS and Paragon, and many more Real Estate tools and general applications.

I also created more than 100 Comparative Market Analysts so far.

I have worked with many clients across the United States, Australia, and Canada.

I have successfully completed projects involving the set-up and maintenance of CRMs, email marketing, research, and content creation.

Plus, with my 5 years of experience as a Finance Officer, working as an AP Specialist. I have six years of experience working in accounts payable/receivables with Cash Management expertise. I have experience with all aspects of the accounts payable process, from processing invoices to issuing payments and processing banking of all payments.
