As your VA, here’s what I can offer you:
• Property Listings: Preparing and uploading property to MLS and other platforms. Writing compelling property descriptions. Coordinating photography and other visual tours.
• Cold Calling: Making outbound calls to potential leads, introduce them to the business and build rapport.
• CRM Management: Using Hubspot for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and keeping all data up-to-date in the database.
• Administrative Support: Manage emails, organize your schedule, setting of appointments, setting reminders and travel management. Organize your files and other relevant documents.
• Market Analysis: Finding comparables to be used in CMA using Zillow or Realtor.
• Client Management: Communicating with clients and responding to inquiries. Managing client databases and CRM systems. Following up with leads and prospects.
• Marketing and Promotion: Designing, making and sending email newsletter or drip campaigns. Creating and scheduling social media posts.
• Data Entry and Organization: Entering leads to CRM, keeping files organized, and maintaining data up to date.
• Graphic Design: Making engaging email campaigns, newsletters, logo designs, or social media engagement posts through Mailchimp and Canva.
