Profile Description

I'm here to help business owners to focus more on their growing business by daily updating their financial records and providing reports to be use as their basis in making financial decisions.  

My previous working experiences have broadened my knowledge and equipped me with the necessary skills to provide my client with the following services:  

Set-up and /or Maintenance of Xero and QuickBooks Account:
-Customized Chart of Accounts
-Upload historical transactions from bank feeds or CSV file

Daily bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to the following:
Record cash receipts and disbursements
Record inter-bank transfers
Record necessary adjusting entries
Create Purchase Orders, Bills, Invoices and Credit Notes
Update status of company receivables and payables
Bank reconciliation

Weekly and monthly preparation of reports:
-Balance Sheet
-Income Statement
-Cash Flow Statement
-Budget

Inventory Management
-Monitoring stock levels at the warehouse
-Allocation of materials, supplies and finished goods
-Controlling the flow of supplies and equipment
