In my previous company, we used our back office system for tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deposit & withdrawal bank accounts. I also encode the personal information of the member invoice receipt provided by Customer Service since I'm in the Payment Operation Department. The information includes the name, account number, date & bank time. I track every receipt and then make a fund transfer requested by the client. It will notify from customer service and the clients to inform that the transaction done after encode all the details. I'm also knowledgeable in Quick books, Wave and Xero.
