I am a professional customer support with 7 years of experience in the industry. I've handled different types of roles throughout my journey such as, Sales Associate for GM Motors OnStar, Customer Service Representative 2 for Doordash, Customer Support Specialist for Ford Motors, Technical Advisor for Samsung and Executive Customer Service Specialist for Global eTrades (GeTS).
I am committed to giving outstanding service and guaranteeing client satisfaction in my role as a customer support professional. I work hard to successfully handle client demands and respond to their enquiries thanks to my good communication skills and sympathetic disposition. I have a thorough understanding of the company's goods and services, which enables me to give customers accurate information and help them make wise decisions. I've been handling inbound/ outbound calls, live chats, emails and back office works. 
Today, I am an virtual assistant. I've been attending in-depth trainings for VA's as well as watching informative videos on how virtual works. As a virtual assistant, I can do Administrative task like Prudct Listing, Lead Generation and Email Upgrade to see actual infoketing, Internet Research and Search Engine Optimization. I can also do task like Data Entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, Set Appointments with internal/external clients though Cold Calling, Chats, Emails. In addition I have also experienced using software such as Sales Force, Zoho Desk, CRM, SalesIQ, MS Office Tools, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and ChatGPT.
