Profile Description

For the past years of being a customer service support, I know I gained my expertise in solving clients and customers problems through email and chat. Not hearing their voices and frustrations are one of the challenges on being an email and chat support; however, this has been my strength ever since - having the ability to read them. I learned how to be an effective agent with those challenges. I love solving clients' problems. It is a fulfillment to me knowing I helped them. Of course, that's the goal on every emails and chats. 

Being a graduate of Information Technology helped me a lot to easily adapt the processes and tools that I have used in the past. Also, it helped me to solve the problems I have encountered using those tools. And not just to help myself but to help my co-workers as well. 

Another thing that helped to have a quality work was the first job I had. After I graduated, I became a software quality assurance in a Japanese company which we checked automobiles programs. This is where I gained my focus and attention to details skills.

Now, am I virtual assistant. I do part-times and project based jobs. Product editing on Shopify, product tagging, real state data scraping, crash site personal information scraping, you name it. I'm up for everything that can be learned.
