Experience: 2 - 5 years
I experienced engaging with different types of vendors in a construction and logistic company. I assist the Supervising Architect with general clerical tasks such as filing of Blueprints, AutoCAD and other files, canvassing construction materials for projects, requests quotations and prepares comparison reports for presentation, prepares PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) Sheet from Microsoft Navision Software, handles negotiations for favorable terms, conditions, and pricing, and arranges the timeline of construction material delivery, when and where needed. I also monitor and resolve discrepancies in supplier compliance with purchase order contracts. I also manage revolving funds, as well as the liquidation and replenishment of various projects. I manage the evaluation of the contractor's performance report and the creation of the certificate of completion for billing and payment requests. I make sure that the standard operating procedures are followed. I process Contractor’s billings, and payment requests.

My main role includes developing and maintaining a filing system and inventory, answering and directing phone calls, calendar scheduling of appointments, meetings, and taking detailed minutes for teachers and upper management. I also write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, scan documents, faxes, and forms. I manage the preparation and process of business & building permit, regularly scheduled reports and employee health insurances.

Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. Sometimes this transfer of data happens manually or using scanners. I am comfortable in using Excel spreadsheets in inputting new data or piloting a report data, I also verify them first against source documents at different stages during the process.

I was able to experience using QuickBooks Software in Berlitz, to track the money we owe to the multiple of vendors, such as; unpaid bills and invoices for office supplies, computer equipment and advertising expenses, tax's, government mandated benefits, royalty payments for franchise fees and and everything that appears on the balance sheet as a liability.

To handle day-to-day financial transactions, such as verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data into the QuickBooks Software. handling and preparing petty cash and replenishment reports, invoices, bank deposits, tax forms, and check payments for government mandated vendors and contractors.

My main responsibility includes monitoring of all Human Resource functions. The most significant skills I use on a daily basis in my role as an HR Specialist are my outstanding organizational skills, my capacity for multitasking, and my exceptional attention to detail. I managed on boarding of candidates up to offboarding of resigned employees. I also managed and monitor the time keeping of employees, payroll processing and implementing company policies and procedures for the workplace.
