Hello,Thank you for checking out my profile. Here is a quick overview of my skills and strengths. I am well organized, efficient, and self-motivated. The key to my success has been to learn quickly and to then reach for a higher personal and professional standard by seeking additional responsibilities. I have worked for the BPO company for almost 8 years as a work force manager, supervisor, floor support representative, sales and customer service representative for voice and non-voice accounts. I have also had experience with back office tasks. In my 8 years of experience, I have been a consistent top manager and agent.
I had experience working with an online merchant or affiliate platform( Clickbank) as one of the executive assistant of our client The client trusted me to check all of the vendors if they follow the compliance process. Also, I had experience working with chargeback or dispute accounts.
My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of my employer as well as my customers. As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call. In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
