Profile Description

Working as an Accounting Specialist for more than 5 years, Servicing local, AU and US based companies using Xero, Quickbooks and Waveapp. i handle tasks listed below:
1. Recording financial transactions of an organization, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
2. Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are made and received on time.
3. Reconciling bank accounts to ensure that the organization's financial records match the bank's records.
4. Preparing financial statement such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide an accurate picture of the organization's financial health.
5. Managing payroll including calculating and processing employee salaries, deducting taxes and other withholdings, and making sure that all payroll-related taxes are paid on time using Gusto system , Quickbooks and Xero.
6. As a Registered Cost Accountant I'm also monitoring budgets and track expenses to ensure that the organization stays within its financial limits.
7. Computing Commissions for Sales Associate
8. Update on a real-time recurring transactions and account adjustments.
9. If Authorized, I'm also liaising with accountants and auditors to provide financial information and ensure that the organization is in compliance with accounting standards.
