* Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite for accounts payable and receivables functions.
* Efficiently managing high volumes of invoices and accurately recording invoices, payments, and expenses on time.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to preserving data accuracy.
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
* Running and customizing built-in reports in NetSuite
* Creating and managing saved searches in NetSuite for customized reporting.
* Import and export data in NetSuite using CSV files or other methods.
* Assist with the month-end closing process and any other ad-hoc projects that may arise.
