I handle a team of 15-20 advisors, I oversee their day-to-day performance, schedule weekly coaching to monitor and correct behaviors during their customer facing time. I also help manage the schedule of the Management team and the weekly roster of our team as my side tasks.
I also worked as a Project Manager for a client abroad. I oversee the day-to-day activities of the community moderators of the project I’m handling. I review and approve all the social media postings, track the project activities, communicates and provides ideas on how we can improve our daily tasks. I also handle their payroll as an added task.
I'm known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines; I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once.
