Manage buyer/seller transactions from contract to close. Drafting, editing, and processing documents of real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents. Addendums if necessary. Coordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transaction closings. Updating status and info of existing leads in the CRM, and preparing listing appointment notes. Collaborate with clients as well as vendors and other real estate agents to ensure things are on track. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
