• Provides full bookkeeping service to small to medium businesses in Australia
• Process invoices in ReceiptBank/Dext 
• Enter sales invoices and bills
• Properly match the payment in banking tab to the sales invoices and bills
• Allocate bank transactions in Xero or Quickbooks Online
• Review and reconcile aged receivable and payable reports
• Ensure GST and PAYG figures accuracy in preparation of BAS and IAS.
• Set up payroll and automatic superannuation and process pay run in various awards rates and lodge it with ATO through Single Touch Payroll 2
• Process automatic superannuation in Xero/Quickbooks
• Liaise to client with the figures to pay for GST, IAS, and payroll figures and superannuation figures to client
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Management Reports
• Prepares end of financial year tasks such as Income Statement, TPAR, payroll tax and workcover
• Review P&L and balance sheet reports
• Creates/update client manual
