Profile Description
I have been in the BPO and freelance industry for over 4 years in total. I started working in this industry when I turned 18 as a Technical Support Representative. I stayed with the company for 1 year. After that,I got another Customer service experience with one of the largest brands, Amazon. I was assigned to the retail department based in Canada and US. Transferred to Verizon after a year as a Chat support agent and assist clients with any issue with their Verizon Experience. Lastly, I just had a contract as a freelance content moderator for one of the adult sites known internationally. I’m skilled with a lot of software tools but I would say, the greatest skill that I have is my hunger for learning. Being with Verizon, I adopted the culture of discovering things on my own before asking for help as we were thought to be independent since the day we started. Outside work, I’m interested in portrait photography and also making/editing videos.
