Profile Description

I honed the skills of a Customer Service Representative during my time with Business Process Outsourcing Companies / Call Centers providing great customer experience to different clients handled by each Call Center that I worked with previous companies like People Support now Teleperformance, Sutherland, Concentrix previously Convergys.&Upgrade to see actual info; These abilities like to work around websites, multitasking, identifying customers' needs along with the use of system tools, and being very attentive to details, data entry, research, and email management. documentation with phone interaction, Liaising, Excel, and CRM.
I switched to being an Independent contractor as a Virtual Assistant or Remote worker doing the same role and tasks.
I have experience working in eCommerce with the role of Arbitrage using AutoDs
(Dropshipping), and Zikanalytics - collecting different kinds of items
on Amazon and then comparing them to eBay prices for listings. My job is
to collect as many items as I can which I think could be salable then
put them into listing for final assessment. The system that we use also
can rearrange the title for "Optimization".
I am computer savvy and open to training in either software or any tools needed for any operation in particular.
