I am Upgrade to see actual info, 21, from the Philippines. I've been into VA industry specifically Customer Service Representative for almost 4 months and 6 months of BPO. I do email and live chat support, order processor, order fulfillment, order inquiry, order tracking, and handling refunds. I used several platforms like Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, Loom, Zendesk, Ship Station, Homebase and even Microsoft, Excel, and Google docs. I am a good fit for any position for a few reasons, but mostly especially because I'm willing to go above and beyond to achieve the goals set by the company.
