Catch-up Bookkeeping
  *Import & categorize historical transactions from bank feeds or statements
  *Reconcile past months to ensure records match bank statements
  *Organize and track income & expenses
  *Clean up duplicate or miscategorized transactions
  *Review and adjust chart of accounts for accuracy
  *Prepare financial reports to assess past performance

Ongoing Bookkeeping
  *Record & categorize daily transactions for accurate financial tracking
  *Reconcile bank & credit card accounts to match statements
  *Process accounts payable & accounts receivable
   *Maintain up-to-date financial records for tax readiness
   *Assist in preparing for quarterly and year-end reporting

Monthly Financial Reporting 
  *Generate & review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
  *Prepare Balance Sheet Reports for a clear financial overview 
  *Month-to-month comparison whenever applicable
  *Ensure reports are accurate and audit-ready
