• Vendors – Maintain vendors, prepare for 1099s
• Employees – Post payroll journal entry as needed
• GL – Post journal entries, maintain a chart of accounts
• Reconciliation – Weekly bank reconciliations
• Reporting – Monthly financial statements, Annual reporting
• Calling, emailing, and communicating with clients
• Ensuring timely reports delivered to clients
- Assisting the accounting department in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activities.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to provide necessary financial reports to clients
- Manage client's accounts and payment schedules
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
