Profile Description

A Certified Public Accountant by profession and currently working as the Quality Assurance Manager for Financial Reporting in one of the leading cable and internet provider in the Philippines.  I have also worked as an auditor for 10 years from the top auditing firm in the country.

Through the years, I have assisted clients with their financials so they can focus more on managing and expanding their business operations.

Core Competencies:
•Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flows and other financial reports such as comparative variance analysis (month on month or year on year), roll forward analysis and statutory reports including notes to financial statements.
• Managing the monthly closing of books of accounts.
• Completing monthly bank reconciliation.
• Creating invoices and monitoring overdue accounts until collected.
• Recording purchases and expenses and monitoring overdue accounts until paid.
• Preparing manual journal entries and posting in General Ledger.
• Initial setting-up of books of accounts or migrating balances from an old to new accounting software.
• Catch-up accounting and clean-up of existing books of accounts.
• Communicating effectively thru different mediums and to different levels of persons in an organization.
• Fostering client relations and satisfaction through constant assessment of client needs and objectives.
• Working knowledge on Philippine taxation, especially on corporate income tax.
• Taking responsibility and initiative for continuous learning.

Software Proficiency:
• Accounting Software: XERO, Quick Books Online, SAP FICO
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Google Apps such as Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.
