As for my professional work experience, I've work as an administrative assistant for local government in which my task includes data entry, sending out communications and keeping the main system up to date. I have also worked as a guest relations and listing management which work includes responding to inquiries of guests and listing properties in different platforms like Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info and VRBO. As a licensed professional teacher I was trained for basic and intermediate excel skill as well as facilitating skills. I've also worked as a customer service representative for more than a year and my task also includes assisting and helping customers with complaints and questions, give information about products and services and process returns.
