I have worked in Telecommunications company for 1 year and 6 months which I was a customer support representative in T-Mobile Upgrade to see actual info addition, I was able to teach English in a private school for two years and became an asset to the school back Upgrade to see actual info addition, I am a graduate and National Certificate III holder in Events Management where I have undergone trainings in organizing an event. I have also taught in online ESL platforms like 51Talk and Engoo for more than a year. My genuine interest in building support has led me to become successful in my roles mentioned above. My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of both my employer as well as my customer. Although the above is only a brief snapshot, this philosophy has served me well in my professional career.
