• Knowledgeable with commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.
• Has knowledge on medical terminology, insurance plans, and billing processes
• Has knowledge on Insurance verifications to quote what to collect for a patient Experience with Prior authorization requests
• Has general knowledge of medical billing to accomplish claim follow-up
• Well-versed in HIPAA regulations and guidelines, although I do not hold a certification in this area. I am certain which information are under confidentiality. Where in need authentication before disclosure.
• Equipped with a complete home office setup, including a PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection.
