I have experience in being  an assistant of an Insurance broker located in California. With this position I had the opportunity to educate my self in various insurance carrier websites and created insurance quotes for home, auto, and life insurance. I was also sharpened in CRM (EZLYNX) systems and handling new customers looking for insurance and doing cross-sells.   In my previous roles, I also  served as a phone supervisor, where my primary responsibilities involved addressing and resolving concerns of irate customers regarding withdrawals, hardship withdrawals documentation, loan processing, and providing detailed information on investment and withdrawal options. I also played a role in explaining intricate tax forms, such as the 1099R tax forms, ensuring customers were well-informed and confident in their financial decisions. My extensive experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the financial industry, enabling me to navigate and provide solutions to challenging customer situations effectively.
