I have a total of 13 years of experience in Customer Service and Back Office/Admin Task assisting U.S.-based customers. I've been trained by the two largest companies in the Philippines when it comes to Customer Service.
I have experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and even Sales for a Telco account for 4 years and 4 years as a Data Entry/Back-office specialist in one of the largest banks in the U.S.
I can provide e-mail, chat, phone support, data entry, and web researching and I can also do other tasks if needed. I am a full-time freelancer and can work Philippine or U.S. business hours.
Last year (2020) I started my content writing job. Writing numerous articles for different clients.
