Profile Description

I’ve been a team lead/team manager for 3yrs. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; coaching, skill transfer, providing action plan to the team, handles people, create reports monitor the team’s score, sends email update, do supervisory call and anything related to customer service.
I also have an Executive Assistant experience for a year, where I do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, managing emails, doing interviews, schedule meetings through zoom and have Excellent English Language Comprehension. I also do monitor Amazon FBA hunters, listers and CS in their daily work, making sure they got all they needed and they are working efficeintly.
Lastly, I have a recruitment experience for a total for 1yr and 6months both under a bpo company and for VA. I schedule meetings t the qualified candidates, assess if they are fit to the role, asks client if they are good with it and proceed with the onboarding process.
