I am a freelance writer and a virtual assistant that caters the needs of my clients who wanted help in the field of writing, research, and accomodation. With this I believe that being a freelance worker is directly correlated to customer service because we aim to assist clients and customer and help them resolve any problems they encounter. This experience has encourage me to venture into different fields not only in providing writing services to customers because I believe that if I venture into something new, I know that it would help me grow into something bigger. I am excellent when it comes to Microsoft office applications and is willing to learn more about other computer applications. I am into technology thus learning modern things shall be easy for me.
