I worked as a customer service/travel consultant for about 9 months in the BPO
industry under the Expedia Chase and Expedia Non-lodging account. Assisting
costumers in their needs while travelling from their flight, hotel
accommodations and car reservations. On the day-to-day basis we were the
primary point of contact with the costumers working to ensure that their needs are met. We analyze and understand each costumer’s issue and following the right procedure and steps to provide options that could help the costumers such as delayed flight and dirty room from their hotel accommodations. I’m familiar with gmail and google drive apps, Microsoft Office, some crms like hotspot, dialers, softphones and voyager, calendar management, data management, task management, customer service and also Amadeus and Farelogix tool. I also have knowledge about making reels and tiktok and also Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I had my Clinical Internship a a Mental Hospital as a nurse assistant and my Industrial Internship at a private company as a Human Resource Assistant and Recruitment Specialist. I attended seminars and trainings for Real Estate Virtual Assistant and for Social Media Manager.
