Experience in E-Commerce for 9 years for a B2b Marketing. As an Assistant Manager for our own business, my responsibility also is to check our Inventory, purchasing stocks, monitoring Agent's booking, monitoring Daily Sales Report and monitoring customer's good relationship.

Worked in a BPO Industry (Mortage loan Process) as data entry and became a Post Wire Analyst (auditor) for 8 years. After in BPO Industry, I helped my husband to handle our own business (B2B Marketing), I was responsible for managing our daily business operations.

Experience in B2B marketing for 9 years and 3 years for Social Media Content Creation. It was a self-study when I start to create a content then I decide to enroll in an online course to improve my skills in content creation.

Attended an Online Course with Certificate (Adobe Premiere Pro) and applying these skills in my own business.

A basic knowledge for Microsoft Excel, used this tool for almost 20 years.

Experienced in marketing in 9 years, in our own B2B Marketing, I applied these skills which is Social Media Marketing.

Using Canva Tool and at the same time still learning in other Graphic design Tools

From our business, Customer support is always important, our primary goal is to ensure that customers have a positive experience and receive the help they need to resolve issues, get information, and make the most of the products or services they've acquired. In our sales Operation, In Sales Support, if our supplier gave us a promo for the product (by purchasing a volume of stock or hitting the target), we also give our customer a product promo, like buy 1 take 1 or 10case plus 1. In Lead generation, from my experience from our business, we find leads by actual vising store or supermarket and providing them a pricelist and product catalogue by our Sales Agent. I also find possible leads through Facebook; we search leads by areas then after booking we deliver the customer's order per area.

No experience in Customer Support (English speaking) Only in Filipino Language :)
