I have 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and 2 years as an accountant. I genuinely enjoy accounting work because I find it both interesting and challenging. It requires being organized, detail-oriented, and passionate to perform well and provide accurate, complete data and reports.Additionally, I have experience in customer service and marketing. As a former officer-in-charge of a branch office, one of my key responsibilities was to increase the number of clients and meet branch targets. I was also tasked with ensuring client satisfaction and retaining existing accounts, which required strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
I am confident in my ability to perform my job well because I am eager to learn new things. I am hardworking and passionate about my work, and I make it a point to educate myself on the skills needed to fulfill my duties and responsibilities effectively.Through my experience and dedication, I have become a certified Xero Advisor.I am currently working as a bookkeeper for a real estate LLC. I am proficient in using OwnerRez, Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, and Vrbo. I have experience recording the purchase and sale of properties using HUD statements and reconciling credit cards with sub-accounts. I excel at tracing expenses, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, and reconciling undeposited funds, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, mortgage loans, and other real accounts. My current bookkeeping work involves using Upgrade to see actual info addition to my accounting expertise, I am enhancing my skills by taking courses in Social Media Management, WordPress, and Shopify freelancing. I have also studied lead generation and tools like LinkedIn Chrome extensions, including Upgrade to see actual info, LeadLeaper, and Pipeleads. I continuously educate myself on email automation tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot by watching tutorials and studying best practices.I am also capable of performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets, managing Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and scheduling appointments with internal and external clients via email.
