As a former Customer Service Representative my role was to confer with customers about concerns with product or services to resolve problems, Issued concessions for customer returns and reported on product defects, or damages resulting from shipping process and etc.
I have good communication skills which aided me in handling and assessing the customers issue and provide the best resolution as possible.
I also possess Computer skills which aided me in the navigation of the tools we use to provide options to our customers.
I am also an Active listener which help in better understanding and pinpointing the issue presented to me. And I also possess Leadership skills which i was able to harness when I was handling a team during my former work.
